    Absolutely brilliant post! “Restriction breeds creativity. Freedom breeds laziness.” These are essential truths, and the lessons are universally applicable—martial arts, of course (as you explain), but also music, poetry, art, business, and everything else . . . thanks for sharing this timeless wisdom!
