About

Welcome to my virtual office. I am an author, martial arts coach, and inspirationlist from Richmond, VA.

Back in 1986 I woke up and realized that I was severely obese, a horrible husband and father to my son, a lackluster employee, and a failed author. Something had to change. I took up martial arts. Within a year I had lost 85 pounds of weight and doubled my income.

At first I credited martial arts with my turnaround. But I soon realized that any artform can be used to spark transformation. A painter, a dancer, a musician, even a hardworking businessman, can use a chosen endeavor to unlock hidden potential.

Whatever it is you want to do, I can help you get it done.

If you have questions, don’t hesitate to send me an email at 12thkey@gmail.com.
