Haha, yes, this was a tough one! FYI, lots of folks seem to think I post these workouts “live.” In actuality, each January I take the previous year’s workout log, import it, and auto-schedule for the whole year. So much easier than being forced to log on and post a workout every single day — which wouldn’t happen because, you know, life happens.
so wish i had seen this a few months ago ;D
At the beginning of the year I finally took the plunge and started posting live. So every workout you see on here is something I just did. Dig it!
I will dig it. and give you the standing ovation you deserve! I will faithfully read this daily, as part of my motivation. I am not yet at the full participation stage…
