Each rnd, mount and strike down bag10 times, roll bag and strike bag 10 times from bottom, boost bag, get up, punch and kick hanging bag 20 times, repeat until bell rings); MEDITATION (Meditate on the concept of “striking through the target.” What does this mean, not just in fighting, but in terms of business, relationships, service, self expression, etc.)
