Resistance Bands HIIT (3 sets of :40 each: Lunge/Fr. Press, Bicep Curls, Squat/Fr. Press, Seated Row, Rest. 10 minutes total); 100 spin/turn kicks (Back Kick, Spinning Rev. Crescent, Wheel Kick, etc.)
